1. Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch:
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. To cancel, please contact us immediately via email or phone with your order number.After Dispatch:
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may, however, request a return or refund after receiving the product (subject to eligibility).Special Note:
Orders for perishable or made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once placed.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable in the following situations:
You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item.
The product is missing parts/accessories or is not as described.
You canceled the order before shipment and were charged.
Refunds are not applicable for:
Opened or used food or personal care products.
Items returned after the eligibility period (usually 7 days from delivery).
Change-of-mind or customer negligence.
3. Refund Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
You will be notified via email/SMS when the refund is initiated.
If a product was returned:
Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the item.
If the returned product is found to be used or damaged, the refund may be denied.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless:
The return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item).
The entire order is canceled before dispatch.
